Participation in the Founding Partner Program is subject to the following conditions:

• All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion — submission does not guarantee acceptance
• Partner status may be revoked at any time for conduct inconsistent with our mission, values, or partner agreement
• Partners are expected to maintain professional conduct in all interactions representing the Mission AI Group ecosystem
• Specific program benefits, terms, and obligations are outlined in the separate Partner Agreement provided upon acceptance
• Partners may not sublicense, resell, or transfer their partner status to any third party without written consent

4. User Conduct

Upon termination, your right to use our services and represent Mission AI Group ceases immediately.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
